How to become a MORNING person

So The girls in my Clean Eating group were talking about how Mornings can be ROUGH! Like seriously i did NOT want to wake up with morning. The bed was warm, It was still dark out ... Cash was still sleeping. UHG the excuses were endless! lol So i decided to look into some tips on how to become a morning person and this is what i came up with:

--->> Leave yourself with an extra hour to POWER DOWN in the evening. This will help to not over extend yourself and is used to wind down from the days activities allowing mornings to be not so rough

--->>Have a high protein breakfast! In the morning our metabolism and blood sugars are at their lowest So we need a healthy breakfast to energize our systems!

--->>Reward yourself. Select something to do with your extra time in the morning. Something that you LOVE. Reading that blog that you never have time for or diving into some personal development with a hot cup of tea <3 Make mornings your happy time!

--->>PEP TALK lol okay this one i actually do every morning. I have to get myself EXCITED to wake up and start my day... YOU GOT THIS

--->>As soon as that sun comes up Open those curtains and let the light fill your house!

--->>Exercise early in the morning! This can help to boost your energy surge, As you will have elevated body temperature and elevated adrenalin levels for several hours after you exercise!

I am on the right track to becoming a morning person! Lol I don't mind mornings for the most part but lately with being so tired with the pregnancy and with school starting for cash i know that these tips will make a serious change in my attitude ;)
