Over Night Oatmeal

I have been wanting to try this for a while now and finally decided it was time!
Makes for such an Easy breakfast.
For those of you who have a man on the go.. this has been hubby approved! He loved being able to grab a jar on the go before work! (Super high in protein which makes a great start for busy workers!)

RECIPE

Step 1. Assemble these ingredients & supplies:
old fashioned rolled oats

Greek yogurt (regular yogurt is thinner; if you use it, you'll need to reduce the amount of milk)
milk (I use almond milk but skim or any kind of milk will work)

chia seeds

half pint (1 cup) mason jars (I've used Tupper ware containers as well)

Step 2. Add oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds to jar, along with desired sweeteners or flavors

(Brown sugar, raw sugar, honey OR shakeology)

Step 3. Put a lid on the jar and shake to combine

Step 4. Add fruit and stir gently until combined.

Step 5. Place in fridge overnight and up to 2 days.

During the overnight soak, the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid and soften.
They have a great eating texture by the next day.
Last step ... ENJOY!
