Simple Nutrtion


You know what people's biggest problem with sticking to being healthy is? They make nutrition more complicated then they need to! 
Simplicity is where it's at people!! You don't need to have a crazy, outrageously priced meal plan that takes all day to prepare----》 seriously I would not be doing this if it meant putting in that much work. I mean I do have a life lol 
Some days I love to try out new recipes that might need a little more effort and thought put in but most days I keep it simple!
Today's 1st snack is 1 apple and 12 almonds (1💜 & 1💙
Don't over complicate people. You'll just end up burning out quicker and making excuses for yourself!
