PIYO GROCERY LIST

When starting a new fitness regime the process can be overwhelming. There are alot of lifestyle changes that are going to be made to have success. And trust me when i say you are not alone if you are frustrated or confused. When it comes to success in nutrition PLANNING is a MUST!

Above i have created a free, printable PIYO grocery list for you to use to make life a little easier on your journey!

Nutrition after all is 80% of the battle! So making sure that you have a plan will help you to ultimately create the results you would like to see! When creating your meal plan to follow for PIYO, Youw ill want to make healthy food choices. If you are unsure of how to start your meal plan i would suggest taking a look at the list above and creating a meal plan based off of the food laid out in the list. If its not on this list and not in the PIYO guidebook... AVOID IT! ----> Lifestyle changes right?! 


Here is my suggestion:
1. Look over the approved grocery list.
2. Create your meal plan based upon the foods that you enjoy…and maybe new foods that you want to try!
3. Hit the grocery store (and take this handy list with you!)
4. Meal prep for the week.
