MY WHY


First day of Bikini Bootcamp and we are talking about our WHY. So important to keep reminding ourselves of why we decided to take on any journey! In health and fitness or business.. This is MY WHY. They are the reason i can't sleep at night ---> Not just because jaxson literally wont sleep through the night either lol. But because i am constantly thinking of how i can grow and become a better mom and spouse and leader for my family!

This is what kicks my ass into gear when i feel like quitting. Or feeling like hiding from the world which this introvert so often does.
