-hold raised Plank for 1 Minute
-Go into raised Plank and alternate legs(10x)
-Hold basic Plank for 1 minute
-Go into raised Plank and alternate arms (10x)
-side Plank hold for 1 minute
-side Plank with raised arm, hold 1 minute
