Choose your hard


Working out is freaking HARD. You have to get up and force yourself to do the workouts. You sweat and cry through some of the moves. You feel sore and tired and you have to fight the urge to quit. 
But you know what's harder? Feeling bad about the skin your in. Feeling discouraged and depressed because you wish you could look in the mirror and not feel negative thoughts about yourself. Wanting so badly to feel confident and strong .... 
You pick your hard. Thats just the way life works. One or the other. 

So what choice are you going to make today?
